claskit is a small CLI. I write what I want as Markdown files in .claude/tasks/todo/, run npx claskit, pick the tasks and a time, and it starts Claude Code with them. Claude orders them by their dependencies, implements each, checks its acceptance criteria, runs the build, and moves the spec to done/. It stops and reports at the first failure. I wrote it to queue work before I step away and let Claude go through it while I'm gone.

What a spec needs

A spec that works when nobody is watching has one concern, criteria Claude can check by itself (a file exists, a test passes, the page shows X), and its dependencies written down, because the order is Claude's call. Vague criteria get a confident "done".

The catch

It runs Claude with --dangerously-skip-permissions, since nobody is there to approve anything. I only use it in a repo that is committed and backed up. On macOS it keeps the machine awake with caffeinate until the scheduled time.
